I turn AI into something teams actually use.

I'm an AI Project Lead. I build AI into how a business works, then bring the people along so it sticks. This site is my application for Manager, Data, AI and Capability Transformation at EY Academy in Dubai.

Why I fit this role

The hard part of any AI or data shift is rarely the tech. It's getting people to trust it and change how they work. That's the part I'm good at, and it's what I do now as an AI Project Lead. Here's how my experience lines up with what the role asks for.

Capability assessment and gap analysis

To know what to build, I start with where people actually get stuck. I run interviews, A/B tests and research, then turn what I find into clear priorities. That's exactly what this role needs: assess, prioritise, then design the answer.

Proof: user testing at ifolor lifted the checkout step rate by 15%. At WePractice, interviews defined our buyer personas.

Data and AI capability solutions

I don't just talk about AI, I ship it. In my current role I build AI business models and roadmaps, and I grow the team's confidence to work in new ways. I can design the learning because I do the work every day.

Proof: leading AI business development at Swiss Post. Built Pedal Peak end to end with AI workflows (Claude, Cursor, n8n).

Facilitation and senior engagement

I'm comfortable in the room with senior people, from C-level roadmap calls to hands-on community workshops. I'm also a certified mental health coach, which helps me move a group from unsure to confident.

Proof: drove the roadmap with C-level at ifolor. Certified Mental Health Coach, IPC Academy.

Business development and client relationships

As a founder I write proposals, pitch, and own the number. As a project lead I held the key relationships with financial institutions and turned them into growth. I know how to grow an account and stand in front of senior clients.

Proof: ran the UBS and Baloise partnerships at Brixel. Co-founded WePractice and closed two funding rounds.

Capability Cloud

Here's a first draft of how I'd tackle the core of this job. It's a platform that takes a client from "we know we need AI and data skills" to a workforce that actually has them, with proof it worked. Four stages. Click through it.

Current Target

My first 90 days

A concept only counts if someone can run it. Here's how I'd go from joining to a first client win, without breaking what EY Academy already does well.

Phase 1 Days 1 to 30

Listen and map

  • Meet the EY Academy team, global partners and key accounts to learn what already works.
  • Map the current data and AI learning portfolio and where clients keep asking for more.
  • Sit in on live delivery and a proposal in flight to learn the EY standard.
Phase 2 Days 31 to 60

Shape and pilot

  • Turn the Capability Cloud concept into one concrete pilot for a real client segment.
  • Design the assessment and a first pathway with a technology partner.
  • Agree the success metrics with the client before anything gets built.
Phase 3 Days 61 to 90

Deliver and grow

  • Run the pilot kick-off and first modules with a senior cohort.
  • Show early results to the client sponsor and shape where the account grows next.
  • Package the pilot into a repeatable offer for government, financial-services and corporate clients.
